Dear Friends,

here we are, in the midst of yet another hot California summer. Things here in LA are good, we are happy to report. We couldn't say that a few weeks ago, we had a big scare which fortunately is resolving for the best.

On June 30, Oksana was rear-ended at full force by someone talking on his cell phone, sending 7-month pregnant Mommy - and Baby - to the hospital. Oksana suffered a rather serious whiplash but apart from this, she and the baby are fine, thank God. She's now going to therapy three times a week, and overall feeling better. Her lovely Prius was almost totalled, it's now undergoing major surgery trying to bring it back to its original splendor...

So, please try not to use your phone while you're driving - it takes a moment to create a tragedy.

For those who don't know, Baby is due out on September 19, and it's going to be a boy.

Those of you who haven't yet done so, please visit Oksana's Youtube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/oksanabella - we have posted over 100 videos of Oksana playing anything from Chopin to Coldplay, and everything in between. Please vote for every video you view as this will help increase Youtube visibility and rankings. While still a far cry from our Youtube ambitions, we have already reached half a million individual views and nearly 40,000 channel views. So, your visit counts!!

Feel free to send us your request as to what song you would like Oksana to play for you on Youtube, and we'll make it a point to add it as soon as possible. Among the recent requests Oksana is currently working on, 'Open Arms' by the American rock band Journey, Erik Satie's 'Gymnopedie # 1', and Bach's 'Toccata & Fugue in D minor.' If you are too far away to take piano lessons from Oksana, worry not! We have created an awesome remote teaching station where you can have your one-on-one lesson with Oksana in the comfort of your home, no matter how far from Los Angeles you are based.
